I genuinely love weddings, not just how beautiful they are, but how meaningful they feel.

Many couples come to me feeling excited and unsure, with a lot of decisions ahead and no clear sense of what should happen next. I love helping them slow things down, bring order to the process, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

I’m at my best behind the scenes, anticipating needs, solving problems, and quietly keeping everything running smoothly so couples can stay present with each other, their guests, and the moment they’ve been waiting for. And yes...  that look on the groom’s face when he sees his bride for the first time? It still gives me chills. Every time.

I founded Borrowed & Blue Weddings in 2007 and have spent nearly two decades planning and coordinating weddings of all shapes and sizes across Ontario. Along the way, I’ve been called a problem-solver, a creative thinker, and a calm presence in the middle of wedding chaos. I take that role seriously and lovingly.

I’ve worked everywhere from private properties in cottage country to iconic venues like Casa Loma, and I love stepping into new spaces and bringing a vision to life. No two weddings are the same, and that’s exactly why I love this work.

I’m a certified Wedding Planner and Coordinator with the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC), and I live just west of Barrie, Ontario, with my husband Bill. After all these years, I still feel incredibly grateful to do this work and it truly never gets old.
